How do I start a return (RMA)?
Log in to your account and go to Order History or Returns. Select the item you wish to return and submit an RMA request. Please do not send items back without an approved RMA.
What is an RMA?
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is a return request that allows us to track your item and process your refund, replacement, or repair correctly.
Can I return yarn?
Opened, wound, or used yarn cannot be returned
Unopened yarn may be eligible for return only if it is defective or incorrect
All yarn returns require review and approval before shipping
Can I return knitting tools?
Yes. Knitting tools (needles, hooks, and accessories):
May be returned within 90 days of purchase
Must be unused and in original condition
Should include original packaging when possible
How do I know if my RMA is approved?
You can track your RMA status in your account. Status updates include:
Submitted
Under Review (common for yarn)
Approved
Received
Completed
What happens after my return is approved?
You will receive:
Your RMA number
Return shipping instructions
A return label (if applicable)
Please include your RMA number with your return.
When will I receive my refund or replacement?
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Replacements are shipped as confirmed
You will receive a confirmation when your RMA is complete.
